Transforming Policy Into Power.
I bridge technical complexity and pragmatic political advocacy to deliver clean energy policy wins. With rigorous analysis and integrity, I safeguard client interests and achieve your market development goals. Together, let’s shape how we power our communities.
My Approach
Policy Expertise
In legislative and regulatory work, programs can live or die in the selection of words or the placement of a comma. In complex energy policy, a firm foundation in policy and market design matters.
We sweat the details.
Political Strategy
No policy decision is made in a vacuum, no matter how wonky or technical. It’s not always the best facts that win, but sound advocacy strategy that marries “inside game” lobbying with the “outside game” coalition-building.
We run campaigns.

Market Strategy Advising
Clean energy is essential for the survival of our climate, our economy, and humanity itself. As I have for the past two decades in policy and politics, I deliver clean energy wins for businesses and communities.
I began my career in electoral politics, where winning campaigns demanded sharp strategy and tenacious execution. Over time, I transitioned into energy and climate work, motivated by the tangible results of putting clean electrons on the grid and empowering communities. Today, I enjoy the rigorous work of ensuring that policy ideas lead to successful real-world outcomes.
My clients value my loyalty, integrity, and savvy. I safeguard organizations in high-stakes decision-making and craft strategies that withstand political and regulatory turbulence. I thrive at the intersection where the wonky precision of market design meets the coalition work that actually moves policy forward.
Before launching my consulting practice, I served as Western U.S. Director of Policy and Business Development for Borrego Solar, sat on the board of the California Solar and Storage Association (CALSSA), co-founded a nonprofit political organization that elected climate leaders to state and local office in California, and was the Political Director for a winning congressional campaign. I hold a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University, hail from the great state of New Jersey, and live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband, twin sons, and dog.
